Swim Teaching and coaching
- Since 2004 Moss has been taking one on one swim teaching and coaching and swimming clinics.
- At the end of 2010 Moss was an assistant coach to senior swimmers, guided by Head coach Thomas Ansorg at North Shore Swimming Club.
- During 2011 Moss taught children aged 4 - 15 to learn to swim at Northern Arena

Since 2002 Moss has been keynote and public speaking at all levels from primary schools to corporate businesses and major sports awards.
After retiring from swimming, Moss focused on his University studies and worked part time for Project Litefoot as a Bluprint Project Manager during 2012. As of November 2012, he completed a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Small Business. At the end of his studies he took on a full time role and is currently working as a Marketing Manager for Pushpay Ltd.
